Maura J. Lofaro, MD, FACOG
Dr. Lofaro is a board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist with a special interest in aesthetic medicine. Dr. Lofaro received her BA with honors in neuroscience from Colgate University, then graduated with honors from the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She did a four year residency program at University of Colorado, then moved to Jackson, Wyoming in 1997. First as a partner at Jackson Hole Ob/Gyn, PC then at Gros Ventre Ob/Gyn, LLP, Dr. Lofaro has had a busy practice for over 25 years. After extensive additional training in laser treatments, she opened the doors of Teton Laser Center, LLC in 2000. As the aesthetics industry has expanded, Dr. Lofaro has done hundreds of hours of continuing education and expanded the offered services at Teton Laser Center. Dr. Lofaro, along with Jan Bauer, RN and Kerry Carr, C-FNP, has been offering laser, toxin, filler, and skin treatments for the past 23 years to patients from all over the country.

Jan has been an integral member of the Teton Laser Center team since its inception. Jan has extensive training as a certified nurse midwife in the UK plus as an obstetrical, home health, and oncology nurse in the United States. Her unique training and approach to a holistic lifestyle make her an absolute favorite with our clients. Jan is trained and also has 20 years of experience with laser treatments, Botox injections, and advance filler techniques in addition to chemical peels and knowledge of our skin care products. Jan loves the outdoors and is an avid summer gardener.

Kerry Carr, C-FNP
joined Teton Laser Center in 2021 after having her own aesthetics practice for a decade. Kerry had an independent family practice office in Jackson after earning her advanced degree. However, she found her true calling by crafting a practice in both oncology and aesthetics. Kerry is known to many in our community as the face of St. John’s Health Oncology, where she works full time as an oncology nurse practitioner. In addition to saving lives every day, Kerry practices at Teton Laser Center where she, too, has hundreds of hours of advanced training in laser skin resurfacing, hair removal, tattoo removal, and toxin and filler injections. Her perfectionist tendency make her one of the most sought after aesthetics providers in the community.

Tessa Enright, FNP-BC
Tessa joined Teton Laser Center in 2024 , bringing a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to every treatment. She began her healthcare journey as a wilderness EMT after earning her Psychology degree from Colorado College, then completed her Nurse Practitioner training with honors at Columbia University.
She spent seven years in Family and Internal Medicine in Jackson Hole before focusing on aesthetics, completing hundreds of hours in advanced training for injectables, skincare, and laser treatments. Patients appreciate her steady hand, artistic eye, and genuine care for their well-being. Outside the office, Tessa enjoys hiking, horseback riding, yoga, and skiing in the mountains she loves.
